… I’ve just moved home from Katikati to Kapiti, with the awesome help of Dallas & Hari. It was a difficult move on many levels, but the guys problem solved with great patience & good humour. … Our moving day went so smoothly thanks to Dallas, Trix and Hari! Nothing was too much trouble for this magic trio. From the moment they turned up we were impressed, they had great attitudes, were polite and super friendly and took great care when moving our belongings. They worked hard the whole day but still managed to bring fun and humor to keep the mood light. These guys are absolute superstars! We are recommending them to everyone we know.read more

… I don’t normally do reviews but on this case I feel compelled to as I received such excellent service for my move from Hamilton over to Papamoa. The team of Dallas and Hare arrived on time and were super efficient from start to finish. They communicate well, move quickly while providing great care with belongings and ensure that everything is covered. Both guys are friendly and positive, and I especially liked the call at the beginning of the day from Dallas “It’s a beautiful day for your move and it’s all going to be great.My house had a few challenges with the driveway and moving a bed down the stairs but they handled this with minimum fuss or stress. This helped greatly as I was already pretty nervous about things going well. I didn’t even need to worry! Overall I was very impressed with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Smart Express to anyone moving. Thanks Team 😊read more

… We were so pleased with the superb service and friendliness of Dallas and Trixs. Their customer service and the way Dallas was coaching Trixs was fantastic.We have had to move a couple of times in the last couple of years and always struggled to find a good moving company, but we have finally found one we are happy to recommend.read more

… I recently moved from Papamoa back to Auckland, and chose Smart Express to pack and move me. There was excellent communication from Wayne every time I contacted him about anything. The team allocated to my move were great. Dallas and Justine arrived to pack, and I later discovered that Dallas is a man of many talents. He can pack, load with precision, and drive safely to end destination, all with a good dose of quick-witted humour. Many thanks to Justine for her careful packing of kitchen and dining in particular, all my crystal glasses arrived as perfect as when they were packed. Extra hands arrived to assist with packing, thank you Justin and Trinity, and the following morning, Dallas and Ki arrived to pack the truck. Everything was handled with great care and packed carefully so that no space was wasted. The unload was done with equal care into my new home, and I am really grateful to Dallas and Ki for their continued customer service after a long day, and a return trip to Tauranga ahead of them. I would highly recommend that anyone moving from Tauranga consider using Smart Express for their move, as mine was a very positive experience.
